About Thomas F. Sheehan

Thomas F. Sheehand is a retired lawyer who created the The Thomas F. Sheehan Professorship of Tax Law and Policy in 1981 to foster important teaching and research on tax law and policy.

He holds degrees from Drake University and Indiana University-Indianapolis School of Law. He is the former chairman of Thomas F. Sheehan, Inc., which he led from 1978 until his retirement in 1992. He has written a book entitled The Liabilities of Directors and Officers: With Practical Solutions for Their Discharge.
