About R. Edward Ingle

Ed Ingle has served as Managing Director of Government Affairs at Microsoft Corporation since 2003. From 2001-2003, Ingle served at the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and liaison to the Cabinet. Previous positions include principal and senior vice president at the public policy and government relations firm Wexler and Walker (owned by WPP plc), and budget analyst at the Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President.

Ingle is an adjunct professor for New York University's Graduate Program for Corporate Communication, serves on the board of directors for Operation Hope, and is former chairman of the Bryce Harlow Foundation. He was recognized as SPEA's "Alumnus of the Year" in 2002.

Ingle holds a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee, and an MPA in Public Finance from Indiana University.
