About Kathryn Sexton Schmoll

Kathryn Schmoll is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, a non-profit corporation that operates the National Center for Atmospheric Research. Schmoll is responsible for all financial, contractual, human resources, and administrative functions, as well as facilities management and services.

Schmoll's past positions include comptroller at the Environmental Protection Agency. Schmoll also worked as a senior executive in NASA's Office of Space Science and Applications.

Schmoll holds a BSPA from Indiana University and was honored with SPEA's Distinguished Alumni Award in 2006. Schmoll is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
