About Judith A. Fraps

Judith Fraps is an elementary school teacher of the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township and the 1997 Indiana Teacher of the Year. Currently, she is the program director for the afterschool activities at Nora Elementary.

Fraps graduated from Indiana University in 1969 and received the School of Education Distinguished Alumni Award in 1997.
