Doris Trojcak is a professor emeritus in the Department of Education at the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL). She holds a master's degree and a doctorate in education from Indiana University, which awarded her the School of Education Distinguished Alumni Award in 1991.

Currently, Trojcak is an alderman for the town of Greendale, MO.
