About Beeman N. Phillips

Beeman N. Phillips is a professor emeritus in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Texas in Austin. He is a past president of the UT-Austin Retired Faculty-Staff Association.

Phillips attended Evansville College for his undergraduate education and holds two graduate degrees from Indiana University. He received the IU School of Education Distinguished Alumni Award in 1991.
