About Andrew McLaren

Andrew McLaren, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with degrees in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures and Islamic Studies (IMP). At IUB, he was a Herman B Wells Scholar and a member of the Board of Aeons.

He is currently working on a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies in the Department of Religion at Columbia University.
