About Leslie Zimmerman

Leslie Zimmerman, of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, is a longtime IUAA volunteer. She served as a chapter officer and president of the Columbus Chapter in Ohio from 2000 until her recent move to New Jersey. Although deep in Buckeye country, she pulled together Hoosiers for years and has continued to keep people connected to one another and to IU. She served for three years on the IUAA Executive Council.

Zimmerman is a member of the 1854 Society and has contributed to the Jerry Tardy Operating Endowment for the DeVault Alumni Center. She is a life member of the IUAA and one of the organization’s strongest advocates for membership. She also assists IU Athletics, the IU Varsity Club and other IU departments in planning and hosting events.
