Mark Kadish graduated from Rutgers University where he got his B.A. in 1965. He later obtained his J.D. from the Rudgers University of Law in 1968. Currently, he serves as Mayer Brown’s Pro Bono Advisor in Illinois. He served as Director of Pro Bono Activities from 1999 to 2015, where he oversaw the firm’s global pro bono program, cultivated pro bono relationships with firm clients, and managed the firm’s financial contributions to legal organizations serving the public interest. He has published and shared insightful articles, including his own “International Rule of Law Work” released on June 13, 2022. Kadish has gone above and beyond in his role, helping thousands of individuals throughout his career and present.
In recognition of his outstanding international service as an honorable lawyer, Kadish was presented with the Distinguished International Service Award by Patrick O’Meara in 2003.
