About Indiana Partnerships Center

The Indiana Partnerships Center works to improve student achievement by empowering parents and guardians to become involved in their children's educational lives and by encouraging home-school-community partnerships in support of students. In 2011, the Community Learning Network collaborated with the Center and its Executive Director Jacqueline Garvey in the curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation of a Parent Liaison Certification Program, a two-year professional training series designed to build skills in the areas of leadership, communication, technology, and cultural awareness. The center focuses on both postsecondary and future educational achievements of Indiana's citizens through the campus-supported Central Indiana Talent Alliance Initiative.
