About Tin S. Chua

Philip Chua is a consultant in the financial industry and serves on the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel of National Electricity Market of Singapore. He also serves on the Council of the Singapore Scout Association, the Maritime Youth Advisory Board, and Indiana University's Kelley School of Business Global Dean's Council. In addition, he is the president of the Indiana University alumni chapter in Singapore and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching Stakeholder-Centered Coach.

He was previously the senior country executive for American Express Bank Singapore. Concurrently, Philip was also the head of global financial markets Southeast Asia, global head of the collateralized trading program, and regional treasurer for Asia. Before joining American Express Bank, Philip was a senior trader at Chase Manhattan Bank. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Banking and Finance in Singapore. Philip graduated with a M.B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington. He received his bachelor of science in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Oregon.
