About George Plotner

George is the owner and founder of MRC Staffing Solutions, an executive search company in Centerville, Ohio. He began his career in 1973 at age 22, as personnel manager for the Essex Group International. He was corporate vice president human resources, vice president quality and human resources, and manager of human resources and employee involvement at the Huffy Corp. in Dayton, Ohio, before starting his company in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from IU Kokomo in 1973 and a Master of Arts in management from Antioch University Midwest, and completed the strategic human resources program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1991. He lives in Centerville, Ohio.
