About Barret and Stokely, Inc.

Barrett & Stokely Inc. was founded in 1975 and has been engaged in the acquisition, ownership, management, and disposition of income producing properties for the past thirty years. In the mid-2000s, the company began a partnership with IUPUI in order to help the University College support families with students preparing to attend college or in their first year of college.

Thanks to Barret & Stokely, Inc., the Indianapolis community has been enriched. The company understands the importance of building and sustaining "excellence in learning" environments that impact IUPUI's retention and, in turn, the social and economic lifestyles of Indiana.
