About Bruce Laughlin

Bruce Laughlin earned his B.S. in marketing and management from Indiana University at Indianapolis, where he was a member of the IUPUI tennis team. He joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a Financial Representative in 1988. While at IUPUI, He was appointed Managing Director of The Laughlin Financial Group in 1998. Laughlin is a member of the IUPUI Board of Athletics and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

As a member of the Jaguars Athletics Club Board of Directors, Laughlin contributes personally and encourages others to contribute their support to the educational goals of IUPUI's student-athletes. He now is one of the top supporters of Kelley Indianapolis programs through scholarship grants offered personally and through his company. He started with giving to the tennis program, and he continues today giving to IUPUI athletics and Kelley Indianapolis. One scholarship is awarded to a finance student under the Northwestern Mutual moniker and a second scholarship benefits a student-athlete who is pursuing a Kelley degree. Beyond his efforts on behalf of IUPUI, he serves as a board member for the Oaklandon Youth Organization and coaches Little League softball and basketball.
