About The Hahn Foundation of the Indiana Hospital Association

In 2007 the Hahn Foundation of the Indiana Hospital Association created a scholarship to honor retiring CEO Ken Stella. Stella retired after 23 years leading the Indiana Hospital Association. Wise counsel from Stella helped launch many careers in Hoosier health care management during his four decades of service to the state. The Ken and Cindy Stella Scholarship Fund, when fully capitalized, will provide two $10,000 awards each year to SPEA Master of Health Administration students.

The fund honors both Ken and his wife, Cindy, for their deep devotion to counseling and mentoring countless health care leaders. Together, these Indiana University alumni have had a lasting effect on the state’s health care environment.
