The Sam H. Jones family was recognized by the Center on Philanthropy with a 2007 IUPUI Spirit of Philanthropy Award for their support of the Sam H. Jones Community Service Scholarship program. As one of the largest service-based scholarship programs in the country, Service Scholars are active in the community as they pursue their academic and career goals.
