About Gerardo M. Gonzalez

Gonzalez is Dean Emeritus of the School of Education and Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. His primary program area was Higher Education and Student Affairs. Gonzalez is also an Adjunct Professor of Counseling and Educational Psychology and Adjunct Professor of Public Health. He is affiliated with the Center for Postsecondary Research and the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. In addition, at the request of President McRobbie, he serves as special advisor to the IU Office of International Affairs on Cuba initiatives.
