David Quandt is the President of Quandt, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1971 and later received his M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1983. Mr. Quandt has over 25 years experience in the consulting engineering industry. As President of Quandt, Inc. Engineers, he leads a firm that specializes in infrastructure design and construction. Mr. Quandt is also active in professional and community organizations. He donated design services to help build the Sheltering Wings facility in Hendricks County, a domestic abuse shelter. David has served as the Vice President of IUPUI Jaguars Athletics Club Board of Directors, Athletics Campaign Co-Chair for the Campaign for IUPUI, President of the Consulting Engineers of Indiana, Chairman of the Build Indiana Council, Chapter President of Kiwanis International, and President of the Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority.
