About Sheila Ward

Sheila Ward, who earned a doctor of medical science degree from the IU School of Medicine, directed the nutrition component of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Research Center and led the dietetic internship. A fellowship in her name supports a dietetic internship graduate to pursue a master’s degree in clinical nutrition. She also endowed a professorship in oncology at the medical school.
