About Ralph L. Swingley

Ralph L. Swingley was the former president and CEO of the Indianapolis Water Company. He joined the water company in 1925 as an accounting clerk, retired as president in 1970, and remained a director until 1985. Upon his death in 1997, his family established a scholarship to be given annually to a student majoring in accounting at the Kelley School of Business.
