About Visteon Automotive Systems

Visteon Automotive Systems was a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. In 2000, it spun off from Ford to become Visteon Corporation. Visteon is now a global automotive electronics supplier and Fortune 500 company. It is composed of multiple businesses that design, engineer, and manufacture systems for various clients, including BMW, Daimler, Ford, and General Motors.
