About Harry H. Kennerk

Harry H. Kennerk is the CEO of the Sycamore Capital LLC, a real estate investment and management company. Originally from Fort Wayne, Kennerk attended Bellarmine University and earned a degree in History and Philosophy. Looking for corporate experience after graduation, Kennerk accepted a position in sales for the Xerox Corporation.

After four years, he left to join an appraisers group to gain experience in real estate. After two years, Kennerk formed his own company, the H.H. Kennerk Company, which brokered apartment complexes and eventually entered into property management. After a decade with his business, he sold the Kennerk Company and formed Sycamore Capital Group, LLC.

Kennerk is professionally affiliated with the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and serves as Past President of the Indianapolis Real Estate Exchange.
