About William A. Spencer

William A. Spencer served at IUPUI for 25 years. He was a special assistant to three IUPUI chancellors: Maynard Hine, Glenn Irwin, and Gerald Bepko. Spencer came to IUPUI after being the former media relations director for New York University.
