About Steve Lavery

Steve Lavery is the vice president of property management at HKP in Indianapolis. His position at HKP is the third time Lavery is serving in a vice presidential role. Prior to HKP, he was senior vice president for Empirian Property Management and senior vice president of Equity Residential, before it merged with Empirian.

Lavery holds a B.S. in Journalism as well as a Masters of Sports Administration and Facility Management from Ohio University. He sits on the Board of Directors for both the Indiana Apartment Association and the Residential Property Management Program at Ball State University. Lavery is also on the Board for the IUPUI Athletics Club.
