About Douglas L. Tillman

Douglas L. Tillman is lawyer retired from nearly 33-years at Eli Lilly. He ended his long career with Lilly as their associate general council. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and economics from Franklin College and a J.D. from Indiana University.

Tillman maintains an active retirement, continuing to serve on Franklin College's board of trustees and a number of other boards at education, arts, and cultural organizations. He has been a longtime supporter of the Herron School of Art and Design, establishing an award in his name and serving as the chairperson of the Dean's Advisory Board.
