About Jon A. Olson

Olson is executive vice president and CFO at Xilinx Inc., with responsibility for finance, tax, treasury, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and information technology. He has been with the company since 2005, bringing more than 25 years of financial management expertise to his position. In 2010, Olson received the CFO of the Year award from Silicon Valley Business Journal.

He previously served as vice president of finance and enterprise services and director of finance at Intel Corp. While at Intel, he held a variety of other senior financial positions. He also worked for four years at General Signal Corp.

Olson serves on the Kelley School of Business Dean's Council. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the Kelley School in 1975 and also has an MBA in finance from Santa Clara University.
