About Michael E. Garstin

Michael E. Garstin earned his bachelor's from the London School of Economics in 1970 and his master's from the London Business school in 1973. He is the former Managing Director of SMH Capital, Inc.; President of Seven Arts Pictures, Inc.; Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Director and Partner of Investment Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada; and member of the Board of Directors for Carolco Pictures. For his dedication to numerous IU initiatives, programs, and schools, he was presented the Presidents Circle Laurel Pin.
