Ruth Reeves is an adjunct professor at IUPUC and Ivy Tech Community College. She has served as a district project manager and team leader in the area of crisis counseling for flood victims across a 10-county district.
Based on that experience, she later authored a children's book, "There Was a Flood."
In 2002, Reeves completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from IUPUC. She then earned a masters and doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. Early on in her career, Reeves worked with challenged adults and was supervising manager at Centerstone. Reeves is now in private practice, counseling veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs in Indianapolis.
Reeves is a member of the American Psychological Association, Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology and is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Zeta Chi Honorary Society.
