David Driscoll is a principal and consulting actuary at Buck Consultants at Conduent, where he serves as National Public-Sector Consulting Leader. Driscoll consults a wide variety of clients in the public-sector. He has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries since 1994 and an actuary under ERISA since 1989. Driscoll received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1979 and a master’s degree from the University of Rochester. From 2003-2006, Driscoll served as a member of the Pension Committee of the Actuarial Standards Board. And from 2012-2014, he was a member of the Pension Section Council of the Society of Actuaries. In both 2015 and 2016, Driscoll chaired the Data Quality Task force of the Actuarial Standards Board, which was responsible for the development of the current version of Actuarial Standard of Practice No. 23. Driscoll currently serves as a member of the California Actuarial Advisory Panel and the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline.
