Philip Robert “Rob” Caito graduated with a degree in business management and organizational theory with an entrepreneurial track from the Kelley School of Business in 1990. During his time at IU, Caito was a section leader in the Marching Hundred Drumline, treasurer in Read Residence Hall, and a graduate of the Bloomington Entrepreneurship Academy. He is now a member of the Well House Society and Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation boards, and is pursuing his M.B.A. through the Kelley Direct Online program. Caito is a Varsity Club member that is a regular ticket holder for basketball and football. In April 2017 Indiana University Athletics announced a major gift from the Hancock Hiltunen Caito Family, naming the Hancock Hiltunen Caito Center for Leadership and Life Skills. The space, to be located in the south end zone of Memorial Stadium, will be dedicated to student-athlete leadership development, service learning, and career development. Furthermore, Rob is a lifetime member of IUAA that gives to the School of Education, Kelley School of business, Jacobs School of Music, and Diversity of Student Affairs. In addition, he supports many other organizations within the IU Community. Caito was welcomed to the Presidents Circle at the Benefactor level in 2018 for his sustained support to IU.
