Stephanie Walters Kim completed a B.A. in 2008 from both the College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Art History, and the School of Art, Architecture + Design, Department of Studio Art. In 2012, she became part of the production team at The Ellen DeGeneres Show. And, two short years later, she became part of the brand content and partnerships team. Walters Kim now serves as the director of brand content and partnerships, leading on-air partnership development and working with over 500 top brands and agencies as a strategic partner in delivering novel solutions to clients. She also heads initiatives for The Ellen DeGeneres ShowIP extensions spanning consumer products, publishing, land-based, and social gaming.
Her most remarkable project was coordinating a partnership with Cheerios to launch their Good Goes Round campaign. Through the "One Million Acts of Good" marketing program, she drafted the show's largest season-long partnership, which included a $1 million audience giveaway and Ellen's face on Cheerios boxes. The Ellen-Cheerios campaign produced over 22 million social engagements, 96 million video views, and over 1 billion media impressions, resulting in an incremental 6 million boxes sold at retail. The partnership also earned two CLIO awards and two Shorty awards for partnerships and social good.
