Asif M. Bade received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Bade serves on the Kelley School of Business Dean's Council at IUPUI.
Bade held positions at Duke Realty Corp. before starting his own company in 2008. As founder and CEO of Ambrose Property Group, Bade's primary focus is on capital management, customer relations and long-range planning. From humble beginnings during the peak of a recession, the company is now one of the industry's most recognized leaders. Their guarantee of superior results and outstanding expertise has led to owning some of the most prominent structures and prime retail space in central Indiana, including the Landmark Center building on Meridian, and the Circle Tower on Monument Circle downtown.
During his career, Bade has completed more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, but he has also established himself as one of the most charitable owners in the business and an active member of the Indianapolis community. Bade has served in various volunteer and leadership roles with the Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis 500 Festival, 2021 NBA All-Star Game Local Organizing Committee and Central Indiana Community Foundation. He remains actively involved with IU, and in 2018, he was appointed to Indiana University Foundation Board of Directors. In 2019, Bade was awarded Indiana University's Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of his distinguished contributions and long-standing support of the university.
