Anne Nobles received a B.A. and M.A. in Archeology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School. Anne Nobles serves on the Board of Directors of Indiana University Health, after serving as chair of the board for several years.
Nobles retired from Eli Lilly and Company after a 22-year career, where she last served as senior vice president of enterprise risk management and chief ethics and compliance officer. Nobles is vice chair of the board of directors of Citizens Energy and serves as a trustee of The Nature Conservancy of Indiana. She is a member of the Committee of 200, an invitation-only membership organization of the world's most successful women business leaders. In 2019, Nobles was honored with Indiana University's Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of her distinguished service to Indiana Health.
