Marilyn Behrman received a B.S. in vocational education and an M.A. in adult education from Ball State University. Behrman has served Indiana University for many years, in multiple leadership positions, and is a dedicated IU sports fan. She additionally supports and attends many musical and arts productions, operas, student recitals and movies at the IU Cinema.
Behrman currently serves as the liaison with the University Registrar’s Office and the College’s Office of Undergraduate Education. She oversees the undergraduate student admission process, and tasks related to the maintenance and dissemination of information to applicants. Prior to joining the Media School, Behrman was employed at the Indiana University Foundation for nearly 20 years as an experienced research analyst and prospect researcher.
In 2019, Behrman received Indiana University’s Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of her distinguished service and outstanding commitment and support of the university and its students.
