Jennifer Foutty received a B.A. from Indiana University. As executive director of the Kuali Foundation, Foutty has over 25 years in higher education, with broad experience in both functional and technical areas. She has worked in finance, contract & grant administration, student services, and in information technology. While director of Information Systems at Indiana University, Foutty led the university's PeopleSoft initiative for student systems and human resources systems. Jennifer has also taught as an adjunct faculty member at IU's School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and has been a faculty member at the WACUBO Business Management Institute.
Foutty serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer, providing a voice for abused, neglected children in the foster care system. In 2019, Foutty was awarded Indiana University’s Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of her distinguished service and leadership of multi-university collaboration.
