About Terri L. Tock

Terri has served in three alumni communities during her volunteer service. She was with the IUAA's Monroe County Chapter from 2000 – 2005 and then the Kentuckiana Chapter from 2005 – 2015. Most recently she’s been membership chair, vice president, and president of the Nashville, Tennessee Chapter. As an experienced leadership trainer, Terri helped establish a blended consensus building and Parliamentary Procedure at meetings as a way of encouraging civil and open communication with other volunteers. She is currently an at-large member on IUAA’s Executive Council and an active participant on the Governance Committee.
