Suzanne Kriscunas received a B.A. in French from Denison University and an M.A. in French literature and an M.B.A. in international finance from Indiana University.
Kriscunas is an investing partner at the Riverside Capital Appreciation Fund, leading the acquisition of eight portfolio companies. While at Riverside, she served in fund leadership as managing partner and chair of the RCAF Investment Committee for over 10 years. Prior experience before joining Riverside includes serving as managing director and co-founder of Legacy Private Capital Partners. Kriscunas also worked as managing director in the Merchant Banking Group of Banc One Capital Corporation for ten years. While at Banc One Capital Corporation, Kriscunas was responsible for the equity and mezzanine investing operation in the Dallas office. She also has vast investment experience from working with a venture subsidiary of a Texas bank as well as a private investor’s family office.
Kriscunas serves on the RCAF Investment Committee. She additionally sits on the board of directors of Riverside portfolio companies Camelot Education, H-D Advanced Manufacturing and Arrowhead Electrical Products. She has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards, and in 2019, was honored with Indiana University’s Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of her distinguished contributions and service.
