Frank Violi received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he was also named an F.C. Austin Scholar.
Violi is owner and president of Butterfield Foods, a custom food production company. Since 2007, the company has since expanded within the Noblesville location, adding over 100 employees and multiple pieces of production equipment and product lines. Violi's professional career is extensive, and includes leadership roles as a financial analyst, sales representative, strategic planning director, regional sales manager, and vice president of sales and marketing. He also spent a decade in the Forest Products Industry.
Violi is actively involved in Young Presidents' Organization, serving as an officer and event champion for nearly 14 years. In 2019, Violi received Indiana University's Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of his distinguished contributions.
