About Rishika Murthy

Rishika Murthy received a B.A. in English and journalism from Bradley University, and an M.A. in journalism from Indiana University.

After working as a print and broadcast journalist until it was eclipsed by digital journalism, Murthy is now a successful content and digital marketing strategist. Her work includes providing content for CNN Travel, WFIU public radio, Groove magazine, and Preferred Hotels and Resorts.

In 2019, Murthy was awarded Indiana University’s Bicentennial Medal, in recognition of her distinguished contributions.
