About Brian Walker

Brian Walker earned his B.S.C. from the University of Edinburgh and his Ph.D. from the University of London. He joined the Indiana University (IU) faculty as a visiting professor in the Department of Medicine in 2019. He was promoted to full professor and earned the additional, honorary title of Daniel and Lori Efroymson Professor of Oncology in 2020.

Walker’s research primarily focuses on genomics and epigenetics of multiple myeloma and related plasma cell dyscrasias. He is a member of the Royal College of Pathologists, a professional organization based in the U.K.
