Kristi (O'Brien) Moster was one of the first true four-year standout players in the history of the women's golf program, finishing her career as IUPUI's all-time leader in rounds played (93) and stroke average (80.00). She still remains in the program's top-5 in both categories and is the program's all-time leader in tournament victories (5). She was an all-league honoree as a senior after posting a then-school record 76.96 stroke average during the 2011-12 season. Her junior season, she registered a 79.04 scoring average, which still ranks among the program's top 15 single seasons all-time.
Her success extended beyond her IUPUI career as she was the 2011 Indiana State Player of the Year and Indiana Women's Amateur Champion that same year. She's a two-time winner of the Fort Wayne City Amateur and began her professional golf career in 2013. She competed on the Symetra Tour in 2014 after having advanced to Stage II of LPGA Q-School. Her game was highlighted on a larger stage as she was featured on the Golf Channel's Big Break Florida, a reality show in which players compete for exemptions into selected professional events or full season tours.
