About Karen E. McMahon

Karen McMahon, along with her husband Terry McMahon, founded McMahon & Associates, a company that strives to provide a unique blend of big firm services and small firm care. Over the years, Karen used her talents, time, and financial resources to support initiatives designed to improve the quality of life of Northwest Indiana residents. She upgraded the quality of the athletic facilities at IUN by donating $100,000 and the university was able to build new locker rooms, new bleachers, a Hall of Fame, and branded vans. McMahon was the inspiration for the naming of the Terry and Karen McMahon Resource Center.

In recognition of her continued generosity and key role in the transformation of Indiana University Northwest’s facilities, McMahon was presented with an IUN Chancellor and Provost Medallion in 2019.
