Todd Gambill served as the vice chancellor for student affairs and enrollment management at Indiana University Kokomo from 2013 to 2020. Gambill earned a bachelor's degree from Pfeiffer University, M.Ed. in social foundations/higher education and Ed.D. in higher education administration from the University of Virginia. He also holds a master's degree in sports management from Appalachian State University and graduated from the Indiana University Executive Leadership Institute, University of Kentucky's College Business Management Institute, and the University of Edinburgh's Future of Higher Education Institute.
In summer 2020, Gambill was announced as the vice president for enrollment and access management at Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
Gambill received the IU Bicentennial Medal in March 2020 in recognition of his distinguished service to Indiana University Kokomo.
